The following information will assist you in setting up your Aptimyz business.
A. New Business
- User is an owner of a single location business, with a Clover account
- User is not registered in Aptimyz, i.e., their email address is not in the Users table as either a store owner or employee
Boarding for a single location business
- Clover Back Office
- If you have not yet installed Aptimyz:
a. Click on “More Tools” on the left-hand menu
b. Search all apps on right top corner search box for: Aptimyz
c. Click on single green "A" Retail option
d. Click on Connect
e. Accept the “Install Retail”
3. Click on Retail in the left-hand menu
4. Follow the instructions on screen to onboard your business
5. Access the new store, then, please go directly to setup and add your local taxes follow the setup to fill in any further details not automatically completed by Clover.
B. New Connected Store/location for existing Aptimyz business
- User is an owner of a multi-location business, with a series of Clover accounts
- User is registered in Aptimyz, i.e., their email address was found in the Users table as a store owner, but they want to add a new location to an existing business
- User wishes the locations to share inventory and to have the ability to run combined business reports.
Boarding for a multi-location business (after initial onboarding - see above)
- Clover Back Office
- Access your second location Clover account
- If you have not yet installed Aptimyz at this location:
a. Click on “More Tools” on the left-hand menu
b. Search all apps on right top corner search box for: Aptimyz
c. Click on single green "A" Retail option
d. Click on Connect
e. Accept the “Install Retail”
4. Follow the instructions on screen to onboard your next Business, alongside your first business (see above)
5. Access the new store, then, please go directly to setup and add your local taxes follow the setup to fill in any further details not automatically completed by Clover.
C. New Business for an existing Aptimyz business owner
• User is an owner of a number of different disconnected businesses.• Each of these businesses have a Clover login
• User is registered in Aptimyz, i.e., their email address was found in the Users table as a store owner, but they want to add a new location to an existing business
• User does not need a single inventory file or the ability to run combined reports.
Boarding for a multi-business enterprise: All with separate inventories
- Clover Back Office
- Access your second business Clover account
- If you have not yet installed Aptimyz:
a. Click on “More Tools” on the left-hand menu
b. Search all apps on right top corner search box for: Aptimyz
c. Click on single green "A" Retail option
d. Click on Connect
e. Accept the “Install Retail”
4. Follow the instructions on screen to onboard your next Business, alongside your first business (see above)
5. Access the new store, then, please go directly to setup and add your local taxes follow the setup to fill in any further details not automatically completed by Clover.
D. Boarding for a Franchisee.
- User is an owner of a single location that wishes to be connected to an existing Aptimyz business.
- The user has a Clover login and password for the new business
- New location shares the inventory file of an existing business.
Boarding for a Franchisee
- Clover Back Office
- If you have not yet installed Aptimyz:
a. Click on “More Tools” on the left-hand menu
b. Search all apps on right top corner search box for: Aptimyz
c. Click on single green "A" Retail option
d. Click on Connect
e. Accept the “Install Retail”
3. Follow the instructions on screen to onboard your Franchise business, connecting it to a pre-existing business owned by a 3rd party.
4. Access the new store, then, please go directly to setup and add your local taxes follow the setup to fill in any further details not automatically completed by Clover.
