Using Pre-made Gift Cards

Adding a Balance to a pre-made Gift Card

1. In POS > Select Menu

2. Select Buy Gift Card

3. Scan the Barcode of the pre-made Gift card into the Gift Card Code field

   

    

4. Add the value, or select a pre-filled value.

5. Select Create Gift Card

6. The Gift card amount will then be displayed on the Item Description side of the till

   

    

7. Complete the Sale as normal

8. A Gift Card Receipt will be created in addition to the gift card value being placed on the physical pre-made gift card

   

    

Using a pre-made Gift card

1. Add products to a sale as normal
2. Select Checkout
3. On the checkout page, select Gift Card / Credit Note

   4. Scan the pre-made Gift Card into the Barcode field

   5. Submit

   6. The system will then deduct the sales amount from the pre-made Giftcard

   7. Any balance on the card can be used in a further sale

To check the existing balance of a Gift Card

1. From the Till main screen
2. Scan the pre-made Gift card
3. The balance of the pre-made Gift card will be shown on the screen
