Each internet browser has slightly different default settings that need to be checked when printing labels. This article will show you how

Printing labels from different browsers


• Please ensure that your print is always set to 100%. We have diagrams below for all the                     standard internet browser print settings and marked the important elements.
• Please note – you may need to open the “More Settings” or Printer Settings / Page Setup/Page       Layout / Scale etc functions in certain browsers or with certain printers.

To access your label print file

  1. Login into Aptimyz with your standard browser and Aptimyz credentials
  2. Select Inventory
  3. Select Print Jobs
  4. Either, select View to add any further items to your print job
  5. Or, select Print to print the file
  6. Use the following browser-specific instructions to print the labels at 100%.

Chrome

  1. Select the browser print icon.
  2. There is a bar along the top of the print image with a preset % showing the print size
  3. Please ensure this is set to 100%

Microsoft Edge

  1. Select the browser print button
  2. An information panel will open to the left of the print job image
  3. Select More Settings
  4. Select the box that says 100 (below Actual Size).
  5. If it doesn't say 100, please overwrite the preset and tick the radio button beside it.

Firefox

  1. Select the browser print button
  2. An information panel will open to the right of the print job image
  3. Check Orientation is correct
  4. Select More Settings
  5. Select the box that says Scale  (below Fit to page width)
  6. Please overwrite the preset and tick the radio button beside it.

Safari

  1. Select the browser print button
  2. An information panel will open to the right of the print job image
  3. Check Orientation is correct
  4. Select the box that says Scale 
  5. Please overwrite the preset with 100.
