This feature is only used if you have a multi store or multi location business This process gives you the opportunity to set up the reporting structure and responsibility levels of any size multi-location business
Different access levels for different Inventory amendments
In order to change the level of your access, please use the access panel on the top of your screen.Select the location level you need to perform the necessary amendments
Business level amendments will cascade down to all the levels below it
Store/Location level amendments are only applicable for the store in question.
1. Price changes – Business level
Default Price changes in the inventory file must be made at Business level
For local rules, Price tables can be used to apply different prices for certain products
2. Barcode changes – Business level
3. Quantity change – Store/Warehouse level
Stock level quantities must always be performed at the location (Store/Warehouse/etc) levelOnce a stock quantity has been entered for a product, a tax code must also be entered at store level.
4. Tax code - Store Level
For each stock item held at store level, a tax rate must be entered against the stocked item.
